This pivotal role will see you being the primary point of contact for client enquiries, working closely with our engineers to support core operations across our offices in the North Island. It offers a comprehensive introduction to our business, culture, and the diverse, exciting projects we deliver. With strong phone etiquette, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in where needed, you’ll excel in this environment which values initiative and problem-solving ability.
The full-time role is office based, 40-hours-per-week, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
As the Customer Service & Procurement Administrator, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing client enquiries and fostering positive relationships
- Coordinating fleet and equipment maintenance
- Handling procurement and ensuring smooth inventory processes
- Performing data entry and providing project administration support
- Organizing and championing team social events.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Administration experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel)
- A valid driver’s license
- A tech-savvy approach and a willingness to learn new systems
- A good attitude to life and a sense of humour.
