Project Finance Administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for a professional, detailed and number-oriented administrator who is proactive and self-managing to join the team in our Auckland Central office located in the Victoria Park Market precinct.  Your responsibilities will include invoicing clients for project work in a timely manner, working to finance deadlines, taking on national administration tasks, as well as general administrative support to the regional team. It will be second nature for you to take ownership of these. 

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll be supporting our national team to ensure projects are accurately set up, invoices are issued accurately and on time, and that data across our systems is complete and consistent.

Accuracy, confident communication skills, being organized and staying calm under pressure are traits you will need when working with internal teams and external clients.

About You:

  • At least 5 years’ administration or finance experience.
  • Experience in accounts, project coordination, or a professional services field.
  • A confident user of Microsoft Office and Xero or similar accounting software.
  • An aptitude for learning new software.
  • Friendly, professional, team player.
