About the role:
LDE has been fortunate enough to have undertaken and delivered significant design projects to support recovery efforts from weather events across the motu in recent years. These projects, including bridges, roading, coastal revetments to name a few are heading into various stages of construction.
So, if you are an engineer wanting to gain experience in construction monitoring, an engineer or project manager wanting variety or actively looking for a new career path, we are open to varying levels of engineering or a PM interested in site and or contract management.
This would make a good career step for those looking to increase their skill base in a region of New Zealand with challenging projects.
Candidates outside of Gisborne will be offered relocation assistance.
About You:
• Tertiary qualified in engineering, engineering geology, project management or similar
• At least a clean current restricted driver’s license
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• An aptitude for learning new software
• Initiative, interested to learn, proactive, forward thinking.
