Located in Tauranga, this is an approximate $9-10m capital expenditure to upgrade school and procure 11 new classroom blocks and hall plus all the internal modifications.

We assisted with the Masterplan concept design, namely:

• Preliminary geotechnical investigations and reporting
• Variable ground, pre-existing filling and on-site stormwater disposal, together with recommendations for earthworks design.
