Auckland – Geotechnical Investigation

This is a large subdivision of over 600 new lots on the north facing slopes of Hitchen Road – Pokeno.

LDE and its Principal have been involved since its inception 3 years ago with the developer (Dines Fulton Hogan Joint Venture). This project comprises large scale bulk earthworks (300k to 400k m3 per season) in variable and sensitive soils, with groundwater and slope instability issues.
