Geomorphic Study – Whitford

Possible re-zoning and land use intensification of 235 Ha site currently zoned rural. Site located in Southern Landslide Zone and geotechnically constrained by significant landslides and slope instability.

LDE was engaged to produce a detailed geomorphic map across the entire study area to highlight future development areas and assist with feasibility studies. Scoping of future investigation focus areas was determined and discussion on likely slope stability engineering mitigation requirements to facilitate future residential land use.
