Flat Bush Subdivision Feasibility Geotechnical Assessments

This is a former Auckland Council Property Limited 9ha site (300 lot yield) located in Flat Bush, now a Special Housing Area being developed in partnership with Todd Property / Panuku Auckland.

LDE provided:

• Due diligence / feasibility geotechnical assessments, working with Todd Property, Panuku Auckland and Harrison Grierson Consultants Ltd • Site-wide preliminary geotechnical investigations to assist with master planning • Detailed geotechnical investigations to assist with engineering approvals for stage 1 of the subdivision

LDE was subsequently engaged to provide specialised design inputs for retaining walls, earthworks design and pavement design, and to observe construction and provide geotechnical compliance documentation.
