About the role

This Gisborne-based role takes on the unique challenges of the post-cyclone recovery for Tairāwhiti and the surrounding regions. You will be part of the national civil team, contributing to primarily local but also national projects across the commercial and infrastructure space, while managing projects and clients.

There is a balance of in-house design time and on-site MSQA. Contract and contractor management forms a large part of the overall design package delivery.

Minimum requirements of the role

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
• 1+ year of post-graduate civil consultancy experience in NZ;
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook);
• Able to live and work in New Zealand indefinitely;
• Current driver's licence, at least restricted;
• Exposure/experience with NZS 3910 contract management - would be advantageous.
