About the role You will undertake analysis and design for key projects, including those of a specialist nature and those requiring strong technical input. Senior reviews will make up part of your week, alongside proactive guidance to less experienced members of the team on improvements they could make. From time to time, construction monitoring and site observations will be needed. The Tauranga team are hard-working, supportive and fun in equal measures. You will also be part of a national team with a varied workload: big, small, simple, complex and challenging. There is also the option of taking the lead role in the technical management of the geotechnical team in Tauranga. About the role This is a hands-on construction-phase role which plays a key part in keeping important infrastructure projects moving safely, fairly and efficiently. About the role This Gisborne-based role takes on the unique challenges of the post-cyclone recovery for Tairāwhiti and the surrounding regions.
