Hiro has 22 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in Japan and New Zealand. He has worked on numerous projects and designs in the Bay of Plenty area and specialises in infrastructure design, hydrology, and hydraulics analysis. Hiro also has a comprehensive background in IT experience.
