Oneroa Walkway

LDE provided professional engineering services for the design of a concrete cycle and walkway alongside Centennial Marine Drive and Beacon Street. This walkway connected the Alfred Cox cycle and walkway and the Oneroa cycle and walkway.

We were familiar with the project having already completed an initial concept investigation and appraisal of possible options for connecting the two.

Project deliverables included the following:

• Design drawings including a site plan, a longitudinal section of the proposed path centreline and specific details • Technical specification • Schedule of quantities • Engineer’s estimate
