PSI and DSI for Subdivision

A Poorly demolished building site required Preliminary Site Investigation (PSI) and Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) before further subdivision works could commence. Several HAIL activities were carried out on-site, including asbestos contamination. LDE designed an extensive remediation plan to ensure the site was suitable for the proposed residential subdivision.
