The RACF building is a 150 bed Aged Care Facility spread over four levels, and set over a basement carpark with 73 car spaces, operations areas and loading dock. In addition to the RACF building, Stage 1 of this project also included construction of an early works northern access road and retention wall, a new main entry road and roundabout, and a portion of podium slab to the housing the RACF basement entry road. In addition, WGA designed stormwater drainage and on-site stormwater detention, as part of a suite of water sensitive urban design initiatives.
