Bethanie on the Park, Menora

Bethanie Group is Western Australia’s largest non-profit provider of retirement villages and aged and community care facilities. WGA was commissioned for structural and civil engineering services for a new three-storey development featuring 48 units, with the civil component involving an under-croft carpark and new access roads. The project was extensively documented using Building Information Modelling (BIM), with the new facility the first in a series of planned developments on the site.
