Blake’s Crossing

Blake’s Crossing is a residential development located to the north of the Adelaide CBD within the City of Playford Council. WGA was involved in the infrastructure master planning, and preparation of a stormwater master plan, for the proposed 5000 allotment subdivision at the Blakeview site for the LMC. WGA was subsequently engaged by private land developers, Lend Lease, to provide engineering services, development design and documentation for some 1100 lots at the site.
