SA Water House

WGA undertook civil and structural engineering on this 10-storey landmark office building which provides 12,000m2 of office space and 5,000m2 of laboratory space for SA Water over eight floors. Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) principles were incorporated throughout – including the use of sustainable building materials and products; water conservation measures; efficient use of energy, and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and waste. The complex was the first commercially-developed building in Australia to be awarded a 6-star Green Star – Office Design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
