Tolaga Bay Area School Redevelopment

The school’s proposed upgrade involved demolishing four existing buildings and constructing 12 new replacement learning spaces to create a more integrated and cohesive building layout.   Remediation work to the existing library was also included.  Underlain by liquefiable ground, the site required rigorous testing and modelling.

LDE was engaged as part of the extensive redevelopment of the school and provided cohesive multi-discipline engineering services.  This included;
