Maluka Views Part B Subdivision - Construction Phase Certification

The project involved the development of 10 Lots, both residential and commercial, as part of Maluka Views, Part B subdivision in Palmerston City. The development required tie-in to existing roads and services including water, electrical, telecommunications and sewerage. WGA’s services consisted of:

• Certification services for water, sewer, road and drainage works

• Review and acceptance of proposed Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

• Hold Point and Witness Point inspections as per agreed ITPs and sign off ITPs progressively as the Independent Certifier.
